1 cooked chicken breast
1/4 red onion (diced)
1 green onion (diced)
1 small apple (diced)
2 tbsp chopped pecans
2 tbsp reduced-sugar dried cranberries
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper (to taste)

In a large mixing bowl, shred the chicken.
Add diced onion, green onion, apple, pecans, and cranberries.
Stir in Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy and well combined.
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
