Mediterranean Baked Salmon with Feta

Salmon fillets
baby spinach
sun-dried tomatoes
red onion
feta cheese
olive oil
oregano
salt
pepper

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Place salmon on a baking tray lined with parchment.
Top with spinach, sliced onion, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta, oregano, salt & pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake 15–20 min until salmon is cooked through.
