1/4 of a cabbage

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp neutral oil

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)

1 tsp gochugaru (Korean red pepper powder)

1/4 tsp fish sauce (optional)

1 tsp minced garlic

Make the dressing and set it aside

Thinly slice the cabbage. Add it to a large bowl with other veggies and/or nuts.

Mix well with the sauce
