Jalapeno Popper Dip

8 slices bacon (diced and cooked)

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese (softened)

1 cup mayonnaise

4 ounce can diced jalapenos (or 4 fresh chopped and deseeded)

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

1/4 cup green onion (diced)

1 cup Ritz Crackers (crushed)

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup butter (melted)

手順

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix bacon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeños, mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and green onion. Spread in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

For the topping, combine crushed ritz crackers, parmesan cheese and melted butter. Spread on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Bake 20-30 minutes until the top is starting to brown and the edges start to bubble.
