Homemade Buttermilk

1½ cups whole milk
2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar (or you can use lemon juice)

1. Pour the milk into a jar or other glass container. Add the vinegar and stir it in.
2. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken; it will happen quickly!
3. Use it immediately or seal the jar and store it in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Perfect in salad dressings, pancakes, or cakes!
