Ingredients (makes 6 pieces):
200g quick oats
70g chocolate protein (I used @pescience - discount code FIT15)
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
50g @lakanto brown monkfruit sweetener
pinch of salt
4g baking powder
250ml @fairlife skim milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed
20g chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all ingredients into a bowl
Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and pour the batter in (I like to add most of the chocolate chunks on top instead of the batter)
Bake for 30-35 mins (or until a fork comes out clean), slice into 6 pieces, then enjoy 🤤
