1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 Cup brown sugar

1/2 Cup shortening

1/2 Cup peanut butter

1 egg

2 Tablespoons milk

Shape into balls and roll in sugar

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for about 10 minutes

Place chocolate kiss on each cookie right out of the oven
