Mushroom Tarts

材料

1/2 c sliced mushrooms

3 beaten eggs

2 tbsp butter

1 c sour cream

1/2 c chopped onion

1/4 tsp salt, pepper, parsley flakes

手順

Saute onion, add mushrooms.

Combine eggs, cream, spices.

Put tsp onions & mushrooms in each tart shell, fill with eggs & cream mixture.

Cook 350 about 20 minutes.
