¾ cup milk

¼ cup margarine, softened

3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

1 (.25 ounce) package instant yeast

¼ cup white sugar

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup water

1 egg

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

½ cup margarine, softened

手順

1) Heat milk until bubbling. Remove from heat add in butter and stir. Let cool.

2) large bowl combine flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix well. Add water, egg, milk mixture. When dough forms together knead on surface until smooth.

3) cover dough w/ damp cloth and let rest 10min.in small bowl mix together brown sugar, cinnamon, butter.

4) roll out dough into rectangle. Spread butter mixture. Roll up dough and pinch to seal cut into 12 equal. Cover & let rise until doubled abt 30min preheat oven to 375

5) bake for 20 min or until brown
