¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt (regular or Greek)

1 tablespoon dry sugar free pudding mix

Spoon the yogurt into a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with the dry pudding mix. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

If it seems too thick stir in a little bit of water (1-2 tablespoons) until desired consistency is achieved.

Add any toppings or mix-ins. Enjoy!
