Salmon Traybake With Broccoli & Sesame-Ginger Glaze

4 salmon fillets (150-200g each)
500g broccoli florets
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tbsp grated garlic
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Sesame seeds, spring onion, lime for garnish
手順
Preheat oven 220°c
In bowl, mix sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic > glaze
Arrange broccoli and salmon (skin side down) on a lined tray. Drizzle olive oil & season
Brush glaze over salmon, and lightly on broccoli
Roast 12-15 mins (depending on thickness) until salmon cooked and broccoli tender
Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions & lime slices
