Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Whole Cabbage with Lemon Butter

1 whole green cabbage
4 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup Parmesan
1 lemon (zest + juice)
1 cup broth
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
手順
Remove outer cabbage leaves and cut a small cone from the core.
Melt butter with garlic, then stir in lemon and Parmesan.
Place cabbage in the slow cooker and spoon the mixture over it.
Pour broth around the cabbage.
Cook LOW 6–8 hrs until fork-tender.
Lift out, spoon broth on top, slice, and serve.
