1 c shredded green cabbage
1 medium apple, shredded
1 medium ripe pear, shredded
1/2 small jicama, shredded
3 green onions, chopped
4 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp macadamia nut oil
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp sea salt

Toss the cabbage, apple, pear, jicama, green onions, vinegar, oil, cilantro, and salt together in a large bowl. Let stand 30 minutes, tossing occasionally, to allow the flavors to develop.
