Rocky Road Cheesecake

材料

1 c chocolate wafer crumbs

3 tbsp melted butter

1 env. gelatin unflavored

1/4 c cold water

2 containers softened cream cheese

3/4 c sugar

dash salt

3/4 c cocoa

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 c shipping cream

2 c mini marshmallows

1/2 c chopped nuts

Combine crumbs & butter in 9 inch spring form pan.

Bake at 350 10 minutes.

Soften gelatin in cold water, stir over low heat until dissolved.

Combine cheese, sugar, salt and cocoa, mixing until well blended.

Stir in vanilla.

Fold in whipped cream, marshmallows & nuts.

Pour over crust and chill.

Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate.
