Sweet and Balsamic Dressing

材料

salt 1/2 tsp

pepper 1/2 tsp

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1/4 olive oil

2-3 tbs honey or maple syrup I ve been using honey only and 2 TBsp

2 tsp dijon mustard

1/2 tsp dried thyme watch for old so I put a few twigs of fresh thyme

1 clove garlic minced I grate finely
