Caribbean Coleslaw

Slaw:

4 cups shredded green cabbage

2 cups shredded carrots

1 cup diced pineapple

1/4 cup green onions

1/8 cup diced jalapeño

Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup apple cider vinegar

2 TBS yellow mustard

1 TBS mayonnaise

1/2 tsp salt

手順

Add slaw ingredients to a large bowl and toss to combine.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.

Pour dressing over the slaw and toss until everything is coated.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
