1 tablespoon green onions, (sliced)
crushed red pepper flakes, (optional)

Combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar together in a small bowl and whisk until well combined.
Stir in the sliced green onion then garnish with red pepper flakes and sesame seeds.
