Asian seasame ginger wraps

Dressing:
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons ponzu soy sauce (citrus soy sauce)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
5 cloves garlic minced
red pepper flake to your hearts desire
Salad:
1/3 bag of coleslaw, just the cabbage
1/2 honey crisp apple cut into matchsticks
1/2 cucumber cut into matchsticks
1/2 red bell pepper cut into matchsticks
1/4 cup chopped cilantro or basil
3 chopped green onions
1 jalapeno sliced, remove seeds and pith
chicken:
1 breast pounded out flat to a little over a half inch thickness
season well with powdered ginger, salt, pepper, and garlic powder

-chop up the veggies for the salad and add to a mixing bowl. Combine with cabbage.
-combine ingredients for dressing and set aside to meld.
-cook chicken on grill or pan fry until internal temp reaches 162, pull off and let rest for 5 minutes on a cutting board. It will finish cooking to 165.
-add half of dressing to salad and toss to coat. Set aside.
-heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add a tortilla and warm on both sides for a short time, just until its soft enough to roll.
-pull tortilla off and lay flat on a plate. Add your salad mixture in a line and the top woth chicken. Roll tight. Pour leftover salad dressing into small cups to dip your wrap in!
メモ
Ponzu soy sauce it just citrus soy sauce. If you only have regular, use that and add a small amoint of mandarin orange juice or other citrus of tour choice.
Jalapeno is optional. If you dont like spice, omit that and the red pepper flakes.
