CHEESY ZUCCHINI CHICKEN FRITTERS

1 pound ground chicken • 2 eggs • 1/3 cup almond flour • 1/2 cup grated parmsan • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella • 1 zucchini, grated and wrung dry to release water• 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder • salt and pepper, to taste.
