Salmon
Imitation crab
Half block of cream cheese
1/2 cup Japanese mayo (to taste)
Sriracha to taste
Rice vinegar and sugar
Furikake or seaweed
Green onions

Start rice in the rice cooker. When finished, add rice vinegar and sugar and mix well.
Season salmon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Coat with oil, then air fry at 400F for 9 min
In a separate bowl, mix shredded imitation crab, shredded cooked salmon, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and sriracha.
Place cooked white rice in the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with seaweed or furikake.
Spoon salmon mixture in an even layer on top of the rice.
