The Best Coconut Lime Cookies

½ cup butter (softened)
½ cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tsp lime juice
1 egg
2 Tbs lime zest
1½ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 cup white chocolate chips

Wet ingredients
In a large mixing bowl: Combine butter, sugar and light brown sugar and lime juice. Next add egg and lime zest.
Dry ingredients
In a medium bowl: Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add this flour mixture to the wet ingredients until dough forms.Add the coconut flakes and white chocolate chips until well combined.
Scoop
Use a small cookie scoop to form balls of dough and place on parchment lined baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart.
Bake
Bake at 350℉ degrees for 12-13 minutes.
