1 ½ cups flour (200g)

1 tsp yeast

½ tsp salt

½ tsp honey

¾ cup warm water (180ml)

1 tbsp olive oil

Mix, knead, rest 1–2 hrs

Shape, rest 25 min

Bake at 520°F on a hot rack

While hot, wrap in a kitchen towel to keep them soft!
