3 Tbsp olive oil

12 oz Ground Pork

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp flour

1 cup stock

½ cup white wine

2 Tbsp tomato puree

½ tsp dried Basil

½ tsp oregano

salt

pepper

12 oz button mushroom

12 oz farfalle pasta

fresh parmesan

手順

Brown pork in 1 tbsp oil, add garlic and cook 2 min. Stir in flour then stock, wine, puree, and seasonings. Bring to boil and simmer 25 mins (uncovered)

Saute mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil and add to meat mix. Simmer 4 min
