(3tbs) or 1/8c +1tbs quick cook steel cut oats

(3/8c) or 1/4+1/8c quick oats rolled oats

Combine dry oats in a small bowl (2cup size is perfect)

Add enough boiling water to cover

Cover and let sit 3-5 minutes

Add milk/cream, fruit, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla to taste.
