300g Skinless Chicken Breast (raw weight - 150g each fillet)
Season Chicken With:
1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Chilli Powder, 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper (add more or less cayenne pepper depending on your spice tolerance)
40g Plain All Purpose Flour (not all of this is used - only 24g in total was picked up after the chicken is coated)
Season Flour With:
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
2g Baking Powder
1 Egg (whisked)
Sauce:
40g Light or Fat Free Mayonnaise (Heinz Light Mayonnaise or Callowfit Mayo Style Sauce)
1/3 Tsp Mustard Powder
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
