Cheeseburger Tater tot casserole

Bahan-bahan

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, chopped

2/3 cup ketchup

2 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp relish or chopped pickles

1/2 tsp salt

8 oz velveeta cheese

1 bag tater tots

Petunjuk

1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Soften onions in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add ground beef and brown.

4. Turn off heat and add ketchup, mustard, relish, and salt.

5. Pour in to 9x13 baking dish.

6. Cut up Velveeta Cheese into cubes. Spread over meat mixture.

7. Arrange tater tots over top of casserole

8. Bake for 40 minutes.

Catatan

Can use any kind of ground meat. Turkey or chicken works well.
