Halloumi & Green Salad Plate

Bahan-bahan

100–120 g halloumi, sliced

Olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil

½ tsp smoked paprika or dried oregano (optional)

Green Salad Base

50 g baby spinach or mixed leafy greens

50 g cucumber, sliced

50 g zucchini, ribboned or thinly sliced

30 g avocado, sliced (≈ ¼ small avocado)

10 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Optional Protein Boost

50 g cooked chickpeas or lentils

OR 1 boiled egg

Simple Dressing

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar

Salt & pepper to taste

Petunjuk

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Lightly oil halloumi and sprinkle with paprika or oregano.

Pan-fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden.

Assemble greens, cucumber, zucchini, avocado, and seeds on a plate.

Add halloumi on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and lemon, season to taste.
