Star Anise Simple Syrup

Bahan-bahan

1 cup water

1 cup water

5-10 star anise pods

Petunjuk

Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

After the sugar is incorporated, drop in the star anise pods and bring to a simmer.

Simmer for 10 minutes

Take off heat and steep for an hour.

Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a container and store in the fridge
