Sugar-free Pecan Pie Cobbler

1 cup chopped pecans

1 cup almond flour

½ cup allulose

½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

½ cup melted butter

½ cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup sugar-free brown sweetener (Swerve Brown)

1½ cups hot water

Steps to Create

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread pecans in a greased 8x8” baking dish.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, allulose, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, and vanilla.

Pour batter over pecans—do not stir.

Sprinkle Swerve Brown evenly on top, then pour hot water over. Do not mix!

Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbling.

Cool 15 minutes before serving—syrupy pecan magic forms underneath.

Tips & Tricks

Serve warm with sugar-free whipped cream or keto vanilla ice cream.

Add a pinch of cinnamon for warmth.
