New Potato, Smoked Salmon and Philly Frittata

750g new potatoes
Salt and black pepper
200g smoked salmon, cut into strips
4-6 spring onions, sliced
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
4 medium eggs
200g Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives

1 Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the new potatoes for five minutes until just barely tender.
2 Drain and slice the potatoes. Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas mark 4 and grease a large ovenproof dish with oil or butter.
3 Spread half of the potatoes over the base of the dish and season.
4 Arrange half of the salmon on top and sprinkle over half of the onions and half of the dill.
5 Add the remaining potatoes, season and scatter over the rest of the salmon, onions and dill.
6 In a bowl, beat together the eggs and Philadelphia Cream Cheese with Chives.
7 Pour the cream cheese mixture over the layered potatoes and salmon.
8 Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the centre is just set, covering with parchment if the top becomes too brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for a few minutes before serving warm or transferring to a wire rack to cool to room temperature.
