Ground Turkey Cauliflower Casserole

1 pound ground turkey
1 small head cauliflower (rice, 2 cups)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 tablespoon butter
4 ounces cream cheese (cut into cubes)
Petunjuk
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rice the cauliflower, if needed. The riced cauliflower does not need to be cooked first.
Brown turkey in skillet and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Once browned, add in cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, heavy whipping cream, 1/4 cup cheddar, 1/4 cup mozzarella. Stir well to combine.
Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
