5-Minute Single Serve Microwave Protein Cookie

1 oats sachet, blended

1/2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tablespoon agave syrup or sugar free syrup

1 tsp of chocolate chips

3 tbsp almond milk

15g of protein powder (cookies flavour from @womensbest code LIZBITES for 10% off)

Optional: Sea salt

Petunjuk

Add all the ingredients together (not the salt). It should be a dough like consistency. If it’s too runny, add more protein powder. If it’s too thick, add more almond milk

Roll into a ball and firmly press down to form a cookie shape. I would place this on parchment paper to stop it from sticking

Microwave for 1-2 minutes. It should go more hard and the chocolate should start to melt

Add a pinch of sea salt

Cooking tips:

Don’t over cook the cookie. It might look undercooked but once you take it out, after 30s it will solidify more

You can add more chocolate chips if you want
