Leanne B’s Ginger Bug recipe (Fermentation for Beginners FB)

Bahan-bahan

2 cups filtered water

2 inches grated or finely chopped ginger with peel on. It has lots of wild yeast to help the bug

1/2 cup white sugar

Stir well and seal the jar

Each day feed

1 inch ginger finely chopped

1 tbsp white sugar

It will be active in about 4-10 days. Mine took 5 days.
