2 C flour

1/2 tsp salt

2/3 C shortening

Petunjuk

cut shortening into flour/salt mixture. add cold water until right consistency. Roll out. If baking for cream pies, prick crust and put foil on edges and bake for 10-13 mins until lightly browned at 425 degrees.

This amount makes a top and bottom crust (fruit pie)

Catatan

I like to multiply this recipe and mix up the ingredients (except water) in a food processor (don't overmix) and store in a container and get out however much I need and add water.
