Honey Garlic Chili Chicken

Bahan-bahan

• 1.5 Ibs. Diced boneless, skinless chicken breast

• Salt and pepper, to taste

• 1 t. Garlic powder

• 3 T. corn starch

• Avocado spray

• 3-4 cloves minced garlic

• Red bell pepper, cut into squares

• White onion, cut into squares

Sauce:

• 1/2 c. dark soy sauce

• 1/4 c. honey

• 3 T. sweet chili sauce

• 2 T. sriracha sauce

• 1 T. Chinese five spice

• 1 t. Cornstarch (mixed with 1/4 cup water)

Garnish:

• Green onions

• Sliced red chili

Petunjuk

1. Cut chicken into cubes then place in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cornstarch.

2. Transfer to an air fryer rack, spray with avocado oil, and then air fry for 20 minutes at 400°F. Shake every 5 minutes.

3. In a pan on medium heat, cook the pepper, onion, and garlic for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften.

4. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook for 3-4 more minutes until the sauce thickens.

5. Add crispy chicken to the sauce and garnish with chilis and green onions. Serve over rice.
