Banana Avocado Pancakes

Bahan-bahan

1 banana (mashed)

1 egg

1/2 avocado (mashed)

3/4 cup milk

1 cup self rising flour (or 1 cup all purpose flour+1.5 tsp baking powder)

Optional blueberries

Petunjuk

Mash the banana and avocado. Add all ingredients together in a bowl and mix until smooth.

Grease a pan. On medium low heat, scoop some pancake mix and cook the pancakes for a few minutes and then flip and cook the other side.

Cool and enjoy!
