Chicken breast or drumettes
1 egg
60g oats
Sauce
2 Tbsp gochujang
1 Tbsp minced garlic
½ Tbsp cornstarch
¼ cup water

Crush oats with hammer or the back of a knife
Prick chicken skin all over (helps with marination)
Rub chicken with a little salt & pepper marinate for 30 mins
Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with crushed oats
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 mins (or air fryer: 180°C for 20-25 mins)
Meanwhile, make Korean fried chicken sauce: combine ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer on low.
Toss baked chicken pieces into sauce to coat
