Homemade Yoshinoya Beef Bowl

Bahan-bahan

- Thinly sliced brisket

- Onions

- 1/2 cup water

- 1 tsp dashi powder

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 1/4 cup mirin

- 1 tbsp sugar

Petunjuk

1. To a hot pan, add all the sauce ingredients.

2. Once it starts to simmer, add your onions and let them cook down for 2-3 minutes.

3. Add thinly sliced beef brisket and cover until fully cooked through (1-2 minutes).

4. Serve over a hot bowl of rice with togarashi powder, pickled ginger, and green onions.

5. Pro tip: scoop in some of that yummy sauce right into your bowl for extra flavor!
