Chicken Satay Skewers

Ingredients to serve 2:β£
Chicken breast (360g)β£
Coconut milk (200ml)β£
Garlic puree (1tsp)β£
Soy sauce (4tbsp)β£
Turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, curry powder β£
Peanut butter (30g)β£
Honey (15g)β£
Lemon juice (1tsp)β£
Microwave rice (1 pack)β£
Cut up the chicken breast and add to a bowl with 2tbsp coconut milk, 1tbsp soy sauce & season with the turmeric, paprika, garlic powder and curry powderβ£

Mix together and thread onto skewers and airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden and cooked through β£
Whilst this is cooking, mix together the coconut milk, garlic puree, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey and lemon juice β£
If you want a thicker consistency you can simmer on the hob for a few mins! β£
Once the chicken is cooked, serve with rice and the satay sauce and thats it! β£
