Easy, One Pan Garlic Chilli Chicken

Bahan-bahan

500g Chicken Breast

2 large onions sliced

2 bulbs of garlic

2 fresh Thai chilli’s (optional)

300ml Chicken Stock

400g Chopped tomatoes

Fresh coriander

1 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp fresh ginger (grated)

Spice mix:

1 tbsp Curry powder

2 tbsp Garam Masala

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp chilli powder

1 tbsp chilli flakes

1 tbsp dried coriander

Petunjuk

Roast 2 bulbs of garlic in some tin foil for 20 mins at 200c.

Cook onions with ginger and add spices and tomato puree.

Mix well then add chopped tomatoes and chicken stock when cooked.

Simmer down

Add your meat of choice, if you want the chicken like shown, watch the previous video.

Simmer for 20 mins at a low heat.

Serve with fresh coriander and some extra chilli if you like.
