Red lentils

Canned Tomato (dices eg)

Onion (small cubes)

Garlic (chopped)

Naan to serve

Petunjuk

Sweat onions in bit of oil on low heat! (Sweat, not brown!)

Add garlic a bit later

Add canned tomato and lentils

Cook until lentils are tender (add water if needed along the way)

Add spices (chili, cumin, whatever you want)

Only add salt right before serving!

Yum.
