Meat Puffs With Mushroom Sauce

1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef

1 1/2 medium onions

1 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs

2 eggs, well beaten

1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup fat

1 can condensed mushroom

soup diluted with 1/2 cup

water

Combine meat, onion, bread

crumbs, eggs and seasonings;

form lightly into small balls

and sprinkle with flour, Brown

in fat; add mushroom soup.

Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
