Boneless chicken thighs 1.5 cups

1/2 onion

2 Green sauces 28oz

Corn tortillas

Jack cheese ( 1 lb)

black olives

sour cream

Chicken -simmer in chicken broth cook all the way

Chop into cubes

Put in bowl with green sauce

Cook over oil to soften

Stack over paper towel

Roll up and place in caserrol dish

Pour rest of sauce

And extra cheese

Oven 350

Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce?
