Low carb tortillas wrapped in a crispy outer cheese shell, oozing with melted cheese and high protein Chipotle Ranch sauce (p. 24), filled with savoury beef crumble and homemade Mexican-style Rice (p. 68) that’s perfectly spiced… you’re sure to fall in love!
