Creamy smoked salmon and lemon pasta recipe

75g (3oz) pasta shapes (we used dischi volanti)
45ml (3tbsp) half-fat crème fraîche
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
40g (1 1/2oz) smoked salmon
1/2 lemon
small handful chives

Tesco colleague Catherine Potter tells us how she balances a love of food with managing her weight by "giving her body the food it needs, instead of what it craves". This involves eating three decent meals a day, replacing ingredients with a healthier option, for example cooking spray instead of olive oil and planning ahead.
Here is one of her favourites, Creamy Smoked Salmon and Lemon Pasta. The crème fraîche gives this dish a creamy feel, but it’s still a deliciously light, healthy recipe.
Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta. Mix the crème fraîche and crushed garlic together.
Drain the pasta, then return it to the pan with the crème fraîche mix and cook on a low heat for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and stir in the smoked salmon and lemon juice. Season and scatter with the lemon zest and chives.
