Dad's Puffed Pancake

Bahan-bahan

1/2 cup flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

Pinch of nutmeg

1/4 cup butter

Powdered sugar

Petunjuk

Mix flour, eggs, milk and nutmeg together; leaving batter a bit lumpy. Melt butter in a 9 inch pie plate; pour batter into pie plate over butter. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy. Sift powdered sugar on top.

Catatan

Serve with maple sugar, whip cream and jelly. Also good with sautéed apples. A Bailey Sunday morning favorite.
