Pat Welter's Truffles

Bahan-bahan

3/8 c whipping cream

9 oz chocolate (such as Hershey's candy bar)

For coating: powdered sugar or cocoa

Petunjuk

Bring 3/8 c whipping cream to a boil and remove from heat.

Add 9 oz chocolate.

Cover and set for 3 minutes.

Stir and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Drop by teaspoon fulls on wax paper on cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar, cocoa, etc.
