You guys know me, anything Nandoās related is my FAVE⦠especially if thereās halloumi involvedš®šØ these were also superrrr easy to make and delish too! ā£

Ingredients to serve 2: ā£
400g chicken breast ā£
120g lighter halloumiā£
30g Nandos garlic peri peri sauce ā£
1/2tsp garlic puree ā£
Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt & peri peri seasoning ā£
Optional: 30g perinaise & 30g chilli jam ā£
chop up the chicken breast and halloumi into chunks ā£
Petunjuk
add to a bowl along with the peri peri sauce, garlic puree, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt & peri peri seasoning ā£
mix together and then thread onto skewers, air fry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees anddd thatās it!! Top with the perinaise and sweet chilli jam if using! ā£
I served mine with some @tilda peri peri rice and rocket! Calories are just for the 4 skewers per portion! ā£
