BBQ Sauce

Bahan-bahan

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

1 1/2 cups ketchup

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2-1/2 Tbsp dry mustard

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp salt

1-1/2 tsp black pepper

2 dashes hot sauce

Petunjuk

In a blender, combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, water and Worcestershire sauce. Add mustard, paprika, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Blend until smooth. (This recipe yields 32oz, so you will have extra to use on some other bbq'd meats tomorrow!)
