Kuya's Famous Leche Flan

Bahan-bahan

10 egg yolks

2 (14 oz) can condensed milk

1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

vanilla

1/2 cup sugar to caramelize

Petunjuk

Preheat oven to 350F. Caramelize the sugar and pour into bottom of a 9x13 or pan of choice.

Mix the eggs, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla until smooth. Pour on top of sugar.

Place pan in a bain marie and bake for 1 hour. Should be slightly firm like jello when you shake. Let cool completely then cover and refrigerate.
